2007 Roo 21SS Here's a STEAL of a Deal! This unit is being clearanced (SOLD AS IS/HOW IS) out--it's cosmetically not up to "par." The unit is being sold at an extremely LOW price because it has spotting all over the canvas, on both ends. A small kitchen leak, may have been the sink, also stained the lino in the kitchen. I myself, felt no soft spots on the floor or saw any other issues. Everything else is in good shape. The unit offers; 2 Pop-Out beds, 1 Slide-Out, Gas Stove Top, Gas Oven, 3 Way Fridge, Range Hood, A/C, Furnace, Full Bathroom, Stereo System and more. These units don't last long on any lot, so please take sometime and browse through all 22 pictures I have uploaded for you. **Canvas looks great, does not appear to have any mold or mildew.
