The LR couch converts into a bed. The Queen bed is centered. Bedroom has easy one step up access. The living area has 7 ft. height. A very important item is the roomy porcelain toilet, easily accessible. There are TV shelves in living room and in bedroom. All the ownerâ€™s manuals are included.
