This unit has been very well keep inside and out. I have applied UV product twice in 18 months to protect the roof. The inside is cleaned from top to bottom after each use. Looks brand new and the AC is super cold. We love this unit a bunch but have ungraded to a 5th wheel. There is an extended warranty that can be transferred to the new owner approximately 4 years remaining.Don't miss this one as it is priced well under low NADA retail.
