Sleeps up to 8, with a queen size bed in front and full size bed in back that fold out with canvas ends that have zipper screened openings. U-dinette and couch fold down to make up other beds. Couch area slides out to make more living space inside. Brand new microwave, gas/electric refrigerator with separate freezer, 3 burner gas stove, sink, gas water heater, gas furnace with electronic ignition, air conditioner, outside gas grill and 2 20# propane tanks. Bathroom includes flush toilet, sink and shower. Exterior 17’ awning and an exterior shower. 30 gallon fresh water tank; 30 gallon gray and 25 gallon black water holding tanks. Also, includes frame mounted 2 bike carrier over the front gas tanks. Tires are new in 2015, brakes and bearings serviced in May 2016. Stored inside every winter since 2003 and stored inside during summers since 2010.

$5500 or best offer....2000 Jayco Kiwi 23B Camper....Very nice camper....but we haven't used it, so it's got to go! It has the pull outs at both ends, slide out on the side, air conditioning and nice and very roomy! Barely used! Top quality Jayco camper...in great condition....with the exception of vinyl floor needs replacing....and some damage has been done to the ceiling of the bathroom due to a winter storm that had alot of snow - no signs of moisture getting into interior of camper , . Camper feels very new....at a fraction of the cost!

2003 Jayco Kiwi 23B Camper / Travel Trailer in great condition. Has been very well cared for and stored indoors on concrete in the winter. Sleeps 5-6 easily and supports up to 8 people (beds on each end, couch folds down into a nice bed, and the table area can be made into a bed although we have only done that a couple of times). All systems work well including air conditioning, furnace, fridge, microwave, water heater and gas stove. Lots of storage space inside and out. Outside shower, awning, slide out, spare tire and carrier. Has a trailer hitch on the back for bikes. We purchased it in 2006 and our family really loves it. Using this camper our kids learned to ride their bikes, learned to fish and have made many great memories. They still love to camp all these years later and now are teenagers so are selling for something with bunk beds. It's a nice light camper and easy to pull. Has great sway bars which help keep it steady when pulling it on a windy day. Very clean and well maintained. We have never had mice or any other problem since it is stored indoors on concrete in the winter.

Living area has a couch that folds down to a bed and U-style dinette table that also converts in to a full size bed. There is a TV stand and a digital antenna. The bathroom has a tub and shower AND there is an outside shower. Wardrobe and drawer storage under the dinette is large enough for a family of (6). Finishing off the interior is an AC and heater. Also included; (2) full propane tanks, a new battery [room for (2) batteries] and a new spare tire. Our family has truly enjoyed owning it, time to pass on to another family to enjoy it!! $8,565.00

2000 Jayco Kiwi 23B, 2000 Jayco Kiwi 23B, You will not find a cleaner unit! It is spotless. This is a hybrid trailer meaning that the 2 beds are open up at each end of the trailer. A hybrid trailer gives you so much more "living" space than a travel trailer as the beds don't take up any of the floor plan, they add to it. There is tons of storage. The front bed is a queen size and the back bed is a double. Canvas is in great shape. No leaks. Lots of new parts. 2 new axles (full axles with all new brakes), 2 new tires, new inverter/converter, new refrigerator pc board, new furnace pc board, new kitchen and bath faucets. The air conditioner works great. Set up with 2 marine batteries (included) so you can camp without electric for 3-5 days. There is soft spot in the floor near rear bed and in small spot on ceiling of the bathroom. Both have been there since we bought the trailer 5 plus years ago and have not gotten any worse. Since we have owned it, it has been stored in our garage when not in use. This has been a GREAT trailer for us and I am sorry that it has to be sold. I have more pictures and am happy to email them to you. Would consider trade for a Jeep. $5,900.00
