I bought the Trailer New and I have had no problems, as I am wanting to get a bigger trailer. I have somewhat configured the inside of the trailer from what the factory floor plan is. I have added 2 additional cabinets for more storage. It also has an 8' x 10' screen for the outside that fits under the canopy to make a screen room.
