It does have the big a/c unit 15k btu, and it is a 50 amp trailer with an enclosed underbelly and we added the bedspread as well. It does have an outdoor kitchen with a rear bunkroom that has two bunks and a Jay cube couch/bed with opposing wardrobe and a place to put an TV.
