Bunkhouse and loft were great when kids invited friends.Everything works and ready to camp. Lots of storage. Electric awning, outside stove, electric/gas water heater, two 12volt batteries, MORryde pin box, and much more.Further specs: s:// /tools/archive/2013-eagle-fw/Couple mentionables:1. The RV has always faced directly in the sun due to the way my driveway sits, which has caused fading on the front. It stays covered in the winter but the hot summers caused the fade.2. The bedroom slide-out will extend slightly further than it should. Wasn't able to get the unit to the dealer while under warranty so we just stop sliding when flush.
