Jayco Designer 35' long original owner. Unit always been stored inside my rv garage. This unit is in absolutely like new condition.. 2 a/c units with 50amp service. Convection MW, king size bed, washer dryer hookups, central vac, power remote front landing gear, electric rear leveling jacks, bike receiver on back. Also has fireplace under tv in living area. Couch makes into hide a bed, 2 recliners in rear. Awning is like new condition. Selling to upgrade to MH. Super clean and ready to travel in. Tires are in great shape installed in 2013 with 10 ply E rated tires.. unloaded weight approx 11300 lbs. extremely large storage area underneath as well as storage under the front end. 2004 Jayco Designer , 2004 Jayco Designer Series F1 Popup fiberglass top very great shape inside and out ready for your Fall Camping! King and Queen Beds on ends with slide out dinette that makes into a double bed. Bath/shower, A/C, three burner stove used in and out, outdoor shower, storage box in front, 3 way fridge, 16,000 BTU gas heat, gas/elec w/DSI water heater, double quilted heated mattresses, E-Z lube axle, electric brakes, overhead light and fans over bunk ends and dining, bunk end privacy curtains, AM/FM CD player, awning, 30 amp converter. Spare tire and additional extra rim, water storage tank, hoses and heavy load electric cord and many of other things needed to start camping. We bought in 2006 as second owner. Only used by first owner a couple times. Selling because the kids have gotten older. . .we thought we would take it out one last time this fall but cannot fit it in.
