This is a 1 owner Doctor's Jayco Designer Series 35 RLTS (why 35 I don't know it is 38 feet long) with 3 slides. It is very nice in and out! It has a wash/dryer combo. It has the shower that is much like a househole unit! It has power front leveling jacks. It has the faux fireplace in the entertainment console area. It has a ceiling fan in the living room along with 2 recliners and a j lounge! It has a 5.5 KW Cummins Onan generator and a shore power cord also. The original owner kept the living room TV but left the DVD player! This unit would have a MSRP of mid $80's with the gen so the doc took the hit for wholever purchases this neat 5th wheel!
