And the original owner purchased almost every option, and there are lots (see option list below). It is in excellent shape and everything works. It is hooked up in place and can demo all. I added a gooseneck adapter so I can still have an open pickup bed. Empty weight 11050, height with AC 12'7", length 37'4" NOTE: Photos are 2 years old and do not show new tires/alloy wheels, murals added, etc. The comps I found (HR 2001 – 2003, 3 slides) are NOT refurbed like mine: $13900, 16000, 17000, 26000. LR Flat screen is so big it pretty much takes up the entire back "View" window, so I installed a motorized lift to lower it and not block the view, when not in use.
