This is a great deal. Comes with everything you need to start camping immediately. Just grab the food and drink. Sleeps 6 (can also put air mattress in garage to add 2 or 4 more). Front bedroom. 8' x 10' garage. 30' overall length. I purchased it new in 2013 and used it approx. 20 times that year, then approx. 8 times in 2014 and 2 times last year so it is like brand new. Our son no longer races ATVs so we just don't need it anymore. When you purchase new they charge extra for every little thing. It is all included here like 2 Flat Screen TV's, rain proof roof vent covers, anti-sway control and weight distribution. It has always been stored inside during winter months at a place specializing in RV/Boat storage so never an issue with mice or birds.

2007 Forest River Work And Play , 2007 Forest River Work and Play model 28BR, This is a very clean used 28 foot Work and Play, one of their most popular floor plans. We are the second owners of this unit. It has a front bedroom with a full size bed (only 2 years old). An adult size bathroom with a large shower, vanity and a powered roof vent. The dinette that makes into a second full size bed with storage under the seats. This toy hauler can easily sleep 6 people when using the included inflatable queen size air mattress in the garage area. The cargo area is 10'6" deep and comes equipped with E track and two removable wheel chocks. You can easily haul two full size Harley Davidson Ultra Glides in this toy hauler. The exterior has 1 piece fiberglass walls that are in great shape and still shiney. It has 30 LP gas bottles, diamond plated front rock guard, a 6 gallon gas DSI water heater, new aluminum wheels with Maxxis load range E tires that have less than 5000 miles on them, a 21" A&E awning in great condition, TV antenna, cable TV hook up, a 60 gallon fresh water tank and 30 gallon black and 30 gallon gray holding tanks and 50 amp service in case you want to add a second A/C unit.. It has the Dometic gas/electric refrigerator, a microwave oven and a 3 burner stove top. The cargo area has ducted heat and air conditioning. This unit also has the upgraded 15K roof air. All aluminum roof with no leaks. Dual 12 volt batteries and a power tongue jack. Also included with this toy hauler is a Reese Dual Cam anti-sway hitch with 1200 pound trunion bars and the new upgraded arms that have one trip on them.
