This RV is in excellent condition and my wife and I are non-smokers. Covers over the vents have been added on the roof. Additional equipment include: electric leveling jacks, outside gas cooker (never used) connected to the main LP gas line and all equipment ready to hook up including weight distribution bars, sway bar, ball, hitch.
