The condition of this fifth wheel is normal wear and tear for its age.
There is some delamination on the exterior, which is shown in the pictures. Did not notice any water infiltration.
There is some wear on the sofa and the two recliners shown in the pictures.
Everything works as it should, according to the owner.

This 2016 Wildwood Heritage Glen Lite Series 368RLBHK fifth-wheel RV has a spacious interior that is roomy enough for a family or room enough for an office on the road.
The living, dining, and kitchen areas use two of the four slides. The kitchen has an island with a double stainless sink and a high-arc faucet. The mid-size refrigerator runs on electric or propane. There is a three-burner stove and oven, cabinets and drawers for storage, and a microwave.
The living area has a fold-out sofa, two recliners, and an entertainment center with a TV and a fireplace. There is an overhead fan and pendant lighting over the island, table, and four chairs.
In the center of the RV is a bunkroom with a foldout sofa and a bunk overhead. There is a wardrobe with drawers for storage, and using another slide is roomy enough for the kids to hang out or for an office on the road.
Going up the stairs, you will find a full-size bathroom with a vanity and sink, a medicine cabinet, a shower, a toilet, a ceiling vent, and a skylight.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with under-bed storage, a dresser with six drawers, a large wardrobe closet with washer/dryer hookups, and a TV.
The exterior has a refrigerator, storage, and an outdoor shower. This fifth wheel is ready to take you on your traveling and camping adventures!
