Very functional floor plan is perfect for couples or family. Sleeps 4 easily with over-cab bed, up to 8 with dining table and loveseat beds. Cab bed folds out of way when not needed, providing excellent headroom. Has large slide-out but this floor plan is 100% useable with the slide in or out. Stuck between trees in tight camp space? (See photo taken at gorgeous Paradise Campground on the McKenzie River, OR.) No problem! All doors, drawers and cabinets are still fully accessible. The kitchen has large countertop space, double stainless steel sink, 3-burner stove w/oven, and microwave. Includes stove cover for extra work space. Refrig automatically switches between gas and electric as needed. Onan generator and dual 6-volt coach batteries provide ample power when boondocking. 30-amp cord for shore power. Factory "short queen" mattress replaced with standard Queen size. Loveseat newly reupholstered. Includes inside TV, outside entertainment center, outside shower hose, large awning, powered entry steps, external windshield privacy cover, wheel covers, full RV cover for storage. Large pass-through outside storage bins permit access from either side. Includes backup camera, electric trailer brake system, and 5000-lb tow package. Ford F450 chassis with Triton V10 engine, runs perfectly and well maintained. Excellent rear tires, brand new front tires.
