We really love this RV. We are selling for medical reasons. We bought it new in 2008. This RV is in perfect condition and has low mileage. When not in use, it was kept under an RV port, next to our house and protected from sun and weather. The interior is bright, well-furnished and has Cherry wood cabinetry. The living area is spacious and well furnished with a leather reclining chair and a wide convertible sofa. The L shape kitchen is a dream for any cook: 3 burners gas stove with oven, large convection/microwave oven, 4 doors refrigerator, kitchen sink with double stainless steel bowls, plenty of cabinets and drawer space. The dinette accommodates 4 people. You will appreciate the 3 Fan-Tastic roof fans that circulates the air and the 2 roof air conditioners.The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed with a new Memory foam mattress. The Cedar-lines wardrobe holds full size hangers with plenty of space for her and his clothing. There are plenty of drawers. The washer-dryer is conveniently located and works very well. The toilet, the bathroom sink and the shower are cleverly separated. There are 2 entertainment centers and both TVs have recently been replaced by larger and more technologically advance units. This RV has a surround sound system with multiple speakers, CD and DVD players. The roof has a satellite TV receiver. The upscale exterior finish has full body-paint ans contemporary graphics. There is a driver exit door next to the driver's seat. The strong chassis provides plenty of storage space, lined with molded plastic and equipped with night lights. As an added feature, the Power Bank system was installed for more power and better gas millage. Air suspension was added to the rear axle for a more comfortable ride. The 6 tires have been replaced less than a year ago. This RV is ready to travel.
