Camper is in very good condition, used 4-times per year on extended trips, non-smoker and no pets. Recently performed roof maintenance and replaced battery with deep cycle blue-top Optima. Dry Camper weight is 3,250 lbs, requires 8-ft bed and heavy duty pick-up. Made lots of wonderful memories in this camper but our family has outgrown it, time to upgrade.
