According to the seller, the unit has been sitting for approximately one and a half years. As such, some items need to be repaired. 1. The 12-volt electrical system controlling the water pump and toilet systems. 2. The entry steps do not retract. 3. Unable to start the generator due to lack of fuel. 4.
