We have a 2000 Coleman Utah that's we're sad to see go. It has served our family well but we have purchased a bigger travel trailer now. 2005 Fleetwood Terra , This is a gently used and well cared for motor home. The 26Y chassis is actually 27 feet long. Powered by a GM 8.1 Liter (454 cu. in.) Vortec V8 with a 4L80 3 speed with overdrive trans. 4 wheel hydraulic power disc brakes., The coach has 43,300 miles. The Onan 4KW generator has less that 70 hours. Both windshields replaced aprox. 3 years ago. Tires are 2 years old with aprox. 14 K miles.Spare is rear mounted with new cover and has never been on the ground. The roof was re-sealed and re-caulked aprox 1 1/2 years ago. Chassis battery is less than 1 year old and house batteries (2- 6V golf cart batteries) are aprox 3 years old. 600 watt converter is 1 1/2 years old. The A/C is ducted, as is the gas forced air furnace. Water is 6 gal. gas only. Has 3 burner range top and gas oven. Has microwave, refrigerator (gas or 110V), double sink with new faucet. Indoor/outdoor thermometer, Coach has AM/FM/Cassette/CD player. Sun shade and privacy shade on all coach windows and they are all tinted.
