2001 Fleetwood Prowler...31G. One owner, purchased new and brought up to Vilas (Arbor Vitae Campground) in the fall 2001 and has resided there ever since. It has never been towed and still has original tires on it. Features include: Central Air conditioning (ducted), bath tub, shower, outside shower, two bunk beds, pantry/closet, 3-burner stove w/oven, double door fridge/freezer, stainless steel sink, separate filtered water dispenser, oak cabinets throughout the trailer, turntable microwave, table and bench seating. Floors are carpet/linoleum. Window treatments include drapes, boxed balances and blinds. Additional pop up cutting/server tray in kitchen area. Removed original sofa sleeper and replaced it with a dual reclining loveseat. Master bedroom has queen sized bed, storage cabinets, and separate fold down shelf for a second television. Living room area has a 24" LCD flat screen TV with DVD player. New awning fabric installed in 2012. Immaculate condition for its age, many upgrades, too numerous too mention here. Dura-Glide power slideout has performed flawlessly. This trailer does not have the opt chair or stools as shown on the floor plan. Available for viewing April 1st, 2015 in Wausau WI. Trailer is currently in storage. This Fleetwood built trailer has provided my wife and I years of trouble free enjoyment and there is no reason to believe it should change.
