For Sale is a very nice 2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37' Gas Motorhome. This motorhome is a top of the line model and has been well cared for and stored inside. There are only 30,300 miles on the unit. There is a 5500 watt generator that only has 221 hours. We looked at many motorhomes before we found this one. It is very nice and is very clean. No smokers. We have shampooed the carpets, scrubbed all the seating, washed everything inside, hand waxed the entire outside, and basically cleaned the unit from top to bottom in the last 2 months. The drivetrain is the Ford 6.8 liter V-10 gas motor with Automatic transmission. The oil was just changed this week and the transmission fluid was changed within last 300 miles. The tires are good and were just balanced. The motorhome needs no repairs and the maintenance is up to date. The outside shows very nice as it has just been waxed. There are a few imperfections, but it looks very nice. The interior has no smells and no leaks. The craftsmanship is very nice and the interior looks very updated. The cabinets are dark stained and the furniture is light colored and the contrast is striking. This is a self contained unit with a generator and water tank. This RV even has a combo washer/dryer. Other options are 2 A/C units, 6 gallon hot water heater, stand up shower, Microwave convection oven, 2 stainless steel sink, 4 door fridge, stereo, 2 tv's, CB radio, and more. There is a queen bed in the back and the sofa is a jackknife sofa to sleep 2 more. This is a very clean unit-one of the cleanest we could find.
