There is some minor wear on the seats. The clear coat is faded on the top front and back. Per the seller, all appliances are working as they should. The main slide is not working at this time, which is a possible alignment issue. We didn't see any signs of water intrusion. This coach and generator are due for servicing. This will need new tires as they are original and weather-checked. Per the seller, the house batteries were replaced in 2024. WITH OVER 36 FEET OF SLIDE SPACE THAT IS A LITTLE MORE THAN 3 SLIDES PROVIDE BUT THE INTERIOR HALLWAY IS NEVER LESS THAN 4' WIDE. THE HUGE OPEN INTERIOR HAS BEEN ALMOST COMPLETELY REMODELED AND UPDATED. IT IS A STUNNING AND VERY RARE COACH WITH THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN ON A POWER PLATFORM AND OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT.
