2009 Fleetwood Fiesta LX 36T with 3 slides and 20,229 miles. This is a BEAUTIFUL and extremely clean bath and a half unit in full body paint with ultra high gloss fiberglass walls for a very striking look. It’s on a Workhorse chassis with an 8.1L Vortec V8 with 340HP, and a Workhorse 6-Speed Automatic with Overdrive and 455 lb-ft of torque at 3200 rpms. The inside is just as clean and well taken care of as the outside, there are day/night shades throughout, and in the cab you have Flexsteel captain’s chairs with adjustable arm rests, and the passenger chair has a foot rest. It has cruise control, tilt wheel, power/heated mirrors, back up camera, side turn signal camera, and auto electronic leveling jacks. The living area has a sofa sleeper which folds out to a 54” x 75” bed for use with an air mattress and it has a built-in shelf behind it with cup-holders. The large dinette seats four comfortably, and with the Dream Dinette system the table effortlessly swings down to easily convert to an extra 42” x 70” bed. There is a mid-coach home theater system with a 32” LCD HDTV and a Jensen stereo system with AUX and HDMI ports, and built in speaker panels over the TV and the microwave.  The kitchen is amazing, you have great counter space, tons of deep drawer space, a pull-out pantry and the overhead cabinetry is large enough for full-sized plates. The wood constructed drawers all have roller bearing full extension drawer guides to allow you to maximize your drawer space, and the overhead cabinetry has a stylish design with radius edges and hidden hinges. The solid surface counters are beautiful and there’s a large double basin stainless steel sink with a single-control faucet and a sprayer. It also has a Fan-Tastic Power Roof Vent, a GoldStar microwave, Magic Chef 3 burner stove top and 22” oven, and a Dometic double door refrigerator/ freezer which provides eight cubic feet of cooled space. The bedroom has a king walkaround bed with a Restonic Sup-R-Posture innerspring mattress, nightstand shelves and overhead cabinets. There is a large wardrobe with double sliding doors with full-length mirrors and three large drawers. It also has the optional 19” Sansui LCD HDTV and built in speaker. There is a large master bathroom with a huge countertop and vanity with lots of storage space, a large mirror with vanity lighting, a medicine cabinet, a porcelain marine toilet, and a large molded acrylic shower with a glass door and skylight. The half bath has a U-shaped vanity with sink, a large mirror, and a porcelain toilet.  This unit has a Winegard Satellite, a patio awning and window awning and slide toppers. It also has high efficiency 15K BTU ducted A/C, a 34K BTU furnace with wall mounted heat registers and a 6 gal quick recovery water heater. There are enormous pass-through lighted storage compartments with insulated side-swinging luggage doors to provide easy access.
