VERY GOOD CONDITION. Great couples camper. Beautiful Koala 21CS travel trailer. This trailer includes the following interior equipment, 13.5k BTU AC, 18k BTU furnace, AM/FM/CD/DVD player plus 4 interior and 2 exterior speakers, glass enclosed shower, 6 gal gas/electric DSI water heater, Fantastic Fan with vent, [so fan can remain open and running during rainy weather] and slide out. Exterior equipment includes 16' power awning, large entrance handle, shower, large pass through storage, aluminum wheels, slide topper, large group 29 battery, and 2 30# propane bottles with cover. This trailer uses Azdel [a man made material], in lieu of Luan, to back the fiberglass siding and inside of the exterior walls. Should a leak develop, it will not absorb water, swell nor rot like Luan. The walls, floor, and roof are made of aluminum tubing for lighter weight and will also not rot should it get wet. The refrigerator cooling unit and heater element were replaced with new ones one month ago. This trailer is 1/2 ton towable.
