In great condition. Very spacious, well loved. 2nd owner. New tires put on 1 1/2 years ago. This model has the 3 bunkbeds. Our kids loved them. Everything in working condition and well maintained. Seperate A/C & heating units. Refrigerator, stove & oven. Plenty of storage inside and outside. Outside shower. Will include trailer hitch with anti sway bars. Couch makes into a bed and also the dining room table drops down into a bed. Trailer was just waxed and carpet shampooed.
