We have enjoyed "Tiny House" living in it. It is large enough for two adults, and still has space for guests upon occasion. We were sick of the factory colors and the old carpet was a mess, so we painted the trim and cabinets (very well, we must say) and put in nice sheet-vinyl flooring. We have taken great care of it, at least we think we have. We did put a dent in the outer siding while building a deck, but it is just cosmetic. We are very willing to negotiate with reasonable people. Beds are not included. Comes with couch and table/chairs. Forward room is set for a King bed, back bedroom is ready for up to a Queen bed with normal steel frame. 3-burner propane range with oven/broiler. Full size household refrigerator. Full size toilet. Full-size corner shower (no tub). 10 Gal. Electric/Gas Water Heater. 15,000 BTU Dometic Air conditioner. Propane Furnace. 30A with a 15A receptacle added in the back bedroom.
