Van - Very good condition for 25 year-old. Heavy duty tow package. Exterior wear to paint. New starter, runs well, new break pads, rotor refinished, new bearings, shifts & steers properly; new oil pressure sending unit. Tires are fairly new (under 10k miles), recent A/C service, new aux. battery, new cabin battery.
The cabin is in great shape with exception of faded carpet. All is original; cabinetry and upholstery is like new. Bed configuration: two twins or one large king. Three passenger seats with belts. The stove, refrigerator, plumbing, toilet, lights and fan work. New microwave. Furnace and water heater haven't been used in many years, assume they work. A/C works great. Generator has not been used since purchase.

Awning works well, needs cleaned. Repair to holding tank by certified RV tech shop made modification from retractible dump hose to a detachable hose (brand new one included with purchase.) Rear door gasket replaced. Front upper cabin window gaskets repaired years ago-not the best looking job, but they do not leak.
About $4,000 in work completed in past few years to keep it road worthy and ready to camp. This vehicle was regularly maintained its whole life and loved. Pet and smoke free.
