Looking for a great Fifth Wheel mid-bunk model? Look no further. This 2023 Artic Wolf 3660SUITE has hardly been used. Life changes have forced the sale of this fifth wheel, which is loaded with everything you need to go camping on day one!
The floorplan is great for families or a couple on the road who need an office space (mid-bunk room) or a second bedroom for kids or guests.
The comfortable floorplan provides something for everyone - a warm and inviting living area with two recliners facing the entertainment center and fireplace - that can be used for heating or ambiance. The sleeper sofa and the panoramic windows make this area one that can be enjoyed from multiple locations in the galley, dining, or living areas. The dining table has up to 4 chairs and lighting overhead, and large windows that provide a great view of the campsite.
The galley is complete with a solid-surface kitchen countertop, an island with a farm-style sink (matching cover) and gooseneck faucet, a microwave, a vent hood/fan over the 3-burner gas stovetop with glass cooktop cover, and a gas oven below. The 10-cu ft refrigerator with freezer provides plenty of room for food and drinks, too. There is ample storage available above and below the solid-surface countertops.
The mid-bunk room provides a great second bedroom or space that can be converted into an office if needed. The sofa quickly converts into a sleeper sofa, and the bunk overhead can be raised out of the way or quickly lowered into position for an additional sleeping area. The wall-mounted TV and cabinet space provide room for storing clothes, games, etc.
The loft bed above the mid-bunk room is yet another sleeping area for two or more. The control panels for all the RV systems--including the tankless water heater--are on the wall --you won't run out of hot water in this RV!
The bathroom is up the hall a couple of steps and features a large walk-in shower with skylight overhead and privacy screen - a medicine cabinet over the bathroom sink and cabinet space below, and of course the toilet with power vent fan overhead.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ample storage below, a closet prepped for clothes washer/dryer unit to the left of the bed as you enter the bedroom, a large double mirror door closet to the right of the bed, and a dresser and wall-mounted TV at the foot of the bed. The bedroom has its own 15000 BTU air conditioner, too!
Outside, the RV was upgraded in several areas. All of the slide-outs have awning toppers, and a second power awning was added to the large dining/family room slide-out. This slideout also features the exterior kitchen with two large exterior refrigerators, an ice maker, and a slide-out stovetop with two burners and LP access immediately below the exterior kitchen area.
There is also a swing-out bracket on the rear bumper for a gas grill.
All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the RV. The house batteries are found in the front cargo area, just behind the fifth-wheel hitch, and the solar charge controller is there as well.
The roof photos show the upgraded solar package, which includes two solar panels that will keep the batteries charged and ready to go.
