Cummins replaced the engine at 43K miles, and per the seller, it still has a warranty. This is a very clean unit that is pet-free and smoke-free. There are no signs of water intrusion. Everything appears to be working as it should and the A/C blows cold. The tires are dated 3416 and are the original tires. There is some minor wear on the recliner. Stock #284358 A well maintained Pace Arrow with V-Ride, washer and dryer and lots of storage! The Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38F floor plan includes four slide-outs, providing ample space for relaxing and entertaining. This 2005 Pace Arrow is in great condition for it's age, well maintained and cared for. The electronics and appliances are all working fine as is the plumbing, flooring, roof and upholstery. The outside body and paint are in excellent condition. Tires are eight years old but in great condition with very low miles. Stock #409891 2006 Pace Arrow 37C!! Well Maintained!! Low Mileage!! For it's age this RV is in beautiful condition. The owner truly takes excellent care of it. Powered by a Ford 6.8L, V10 engine and a five speed, TorqShift automatic transmission with only 50,277 miles on it and only 11,364 miles on the current tires. The cab is comfortable and roomy. All gauges and switches work and the backup camera digital screen is easy to read. Both seats swivel and there is a drivers exit and entrance door.
