The overall condition of the RV is good. No major scratches or cracks were found on the exterior. The interior upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips or tears. Flooring was in good condition. Back bedroom carpet had a water stain from a recent bad storm with high winds that pushed water directly through the side of slide. Seller having it steam cleaned. There was a piece of molding near the dining table that needs to be re-attached. The large hallway windows were cloudy. The coach needs a cleaning.
