Overall this unit is very clean adn well cared for. There are no signs of water intrusion in the coach or trailer. The trailer tires are 14 ply and appear to be in good condition . The coach tires appear to be in good condition. Everything appears to work as it should. The seller states that he is including extra cartridges for the brakes along with extra filters for this unit.
