The kitchen appears to be in good condition as well as the bedroom. The large floor plan had plenty of room and appeared to be in good condition. The sofa had cracks in the covers . The owner stated that everything was in good working condition. Stock #371286 2015 Storm 30L very clean with low mileage. A Must See!! The full kitchen has plenty of room with a stove top, oven and a micro-wave, plus a refrigerator and it also has plenty of cabinet's and slide out pantry's for dry goods and glassware. The overall condition of this vehicle is very good. The miles are very low for the year. The current owner bought it a few months back but isn't using it enough to justify keeping and he purchased it from the original owner who used it sparingly. The exterior is very clean, with minimal to no sun fade or wear, a nice, clean vehicle. The current owner has not replaced the tires and batteries. The interior is also overall very nice though the ultra-leather seats and dinette show typical flaking and will need to be addressed. The current owner uses seat covers for the front seats but to make the coach tip-top the upholstery will need to be replaced. The first owner must have been taller because he took out some of the trim behind the drivers seat so it would go back farther. Some wear on the drivers seat and the passengers seat. Carpet has some wear also. The front tires are 24 months old and the rear are 12 months. Both house and engine batteries are 24 months old. The TVs were replaced 6 months ago with smart TV and all the lights have been replaced with LED's. This has been well taken care of with annual maintenance and stored inside, raised up on jacks so not to have flat spots on tires. Some of the good features that the seller loved was the bunk over the cab that raises and will sleep two.
