The bath has been refinished with additional hanging space converted and a Thetford porcelain bowl permanent RV toilet added. The bedroom is completely redesigned with the addition of storage and hanging space and features a full size residential pillow top mattress and side table with large under bed storage. The trailer features a 52" side load ramp (50 inch clearance). Trailer Height 10.5 ft; length 30.8 ft. with a GVWR 7550 #. The unit has a 60 X 75 queen bed in the manual rear slide out. A convertible sofa and a dining area which both convert to beds give this a 6 person sleeping capacity. The double sink kitchen has a Atwood Gas Range and Cook top (which has never been used) with hood, a two door Dometic gas/electric refrigerator and a HighPointe Microwave. There is also an outside Suburban Camp Kitchen which has never been used. Bath is a tub/shower and vanity with Sealand gravity discharge toilet. The trailer is powered through a WFCO 30 amp Power Center with 12 volt battery back up. Hot water is by a 6 gallon gas/electric Suburban heater. Heat is via Suburban 30,000 BTU propane furnace with floor ducting. Air Conditioning is roof ducted with a Duo-Therm unit. Entertainment is a Jensen 15" LCD TV and a Jensen mobile CD Player/Radio receiver with outside sound capability. A Winegard Sensar Antenna with electric boost provides remote site TV. Roof is Dicor Brite-Ply Roofing system and the patio awning is by A & E. Some of the custom items added: Work space with removable work bench and enhanced tie down/storage in front bay area.
