The overall condition is very good. There are two small areas inside to bring to your attention. A small nick in the bedroom bureau and a trim around the refrigerator. Both pictured. Whether you're looking for something for your next cross-country adventure or to park at your favorite campsite, the Windjammer would be a great choice. Starting in the Master bedroom, you will have a large wardrobe with ample space and built-in shelves. Under the 60X80 inch queen bed, you have two pull-out drawers and storage. Next to your bed, you have two nightstands and overhead cabinets. At the foot of the bed is a four-drawer bureau and more overhead storage. The bathroom has a corner shower, a linen closet, and mirrored medicine cabinet. You will have a double-basin sink with a cover that matches the hard surface countertops in your kitchen. You have a 3-burner cooktop & oven, a two-door refrigerator freezer, and an extensive food prep and storage pantry. You will find a sleeper sofa in the living room and two swivel recliners. All will have a nice view of the entertainment center and fireplace. Staying cool on those warm days shouldn't be an issue. The Windjammer has a 50 amp service and two air conditioners. Outside you have a large patio awning and slide toppers to protect you and your camper from the elements. There are also several nice storage compartments and an outside shower. The exterior was clean, and there were no signs of damage. It is always recommended that you perform your own personal inspection to confirm condition. Stock #349204 2018 Vista by Winnebago (27P) - Class A Motorhome, Garage Kept and very Low Miles If you are looking for that light used Class A, you found it. This 2018 Vista 27PE only has 2700 miles. Bought just before Covid, made two trips, and then Covid closed everything, and two years' worth of vacations had to be canceled. The seller did take their small dog on the two trips, but the coach still smells NEW. It is very clean and the seller starts and takes short drives every month. You have a fully equipped galley with a double basin sink, a tile backsplash, a 3-burner cooktop/oven, and a microwave. You will have a two-door refrigerator/freezer with a wood face and two pantry cabinets. There is also overhead storage as well as drawered storage. 28 feet long, owned by nonsmokers. Unit has 2 tan leather chairs in the back and a jackknife couch which converts into a bed; all with storage cabinets overhead. There is a 29” television and AM/FM stereo with inside/outside speakers in the living area. The unit has one power slide out in the living area. The dining table converts to a bed and has storage under the seats. In the kitchen is a stove, oven, High Pointe microwave, vent, sink, and Norcold refrigerator with freezer, furnace and air condition. The master bedroom is in the front of the trailer and includes a comfortable queen size mattress (perfect shape). There are closets on both sides of the bed and storage along the top. The bath has a 3 piece set and the enclosed shower includes a skylight. Dark wood style linoleum runs through-out the trailer and cherry colored cabinets compliment the interior. Both of the units doors have had screen cross bars added for extra durability. A BRAND NEW 20 foot awning was just installed this summer at the dealership. Outside is a “shower,” bike rack, spare tire, and pass-through storage. Unit has only been taken out about half a dozen times, like new condition.
