This 2005 Pace Arrow is in great condition for it's age, well maintained and cared for. The electronics and appliances are all working fine as is the plumbing, flooring, roof and upholstery. The outside body and paint are in excellent condition. Tires are eight years old but in great condition with very low miles. Stock #409891 2006 Pace Arrow 37C!! Well Maintained!! Low Mileage!! For it's age this RV is in beautiful condition. The owner truly takes excellent care of it. Powered by a Ford 6.8L, V10 engine and a five speed, TorqShift automatic transmission with only 50,277 miles on it and only 11,364 miles on the current tires. The cab is comfortable and roomy. All gauges and switches work and the backup camera digital screen is easy to read. Both seats swivel and there is a drivers exit and entrance door. The old heavy TV above the cab has been replaced with a new, lightweight HDTV. The kitchen is well equipped with a double sink with cover and high faucet, microwave/convection oven combo, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, two burner stove top with cover, tons of cabinets and drawers and a pantry.
