This is about as new as you can get. Owner bought it, used it for two weekends, suddenly passed away. It was wrapped up in the estate for a few years and then when settled, I bought it for storage of my photography business equipment throughout Covid. Has just been parked for years with photo equipment inside - it's not been used or trailered. Refrigerator still has factory wrapping on shelf... If you're familiar with LivinLite, they're all aluminum, nothing to rot or rust. This might be the 2015 model as it has the desirable popout bed so maximum space is always available inside. Full bathroom with shower, microwave, small stove, prewired for television. I replaced the tires simply due to age when I brought the camper out of Atlanta storage facility to my North Carolina home. 2013 Livin' Lite VRV VRV 7X18 Two Queen Beds Tip Outs. Custom Built!, Just took this on trade this weekend. We custom ordered this unit for a family two years ago. They just hardly ever used it. So, they moved over to something much smaller. Anyway, If you're looking at this, I'm sure you know what the Livin LIte VRV is. Weighs 3000 lbs. Aluminum construction, built to outlive all of us.
