Purchased new, one owner and with minimal use. No pets; no smoking; and still smells new. Has been stored in inclosed storage area. Beautiful Amish made cabinetry at foot and head of king size bed. Has fanatic fan, which will easily keep you cool on warm nights but also has an A/C unit if you need more. The back hatch contains a never used sink and stove. Has 12V/110 Power. Only blemish a small scratch on the fender. Our family has grown and we are forced to upsize. Our family will miss Charlie and we hope to find our little trailer a new home.
