The RV was in good condition, with no fading of any decals. It just could use a good wash due to being in storage for the winter. The tires are original. The inside was in good condition and did not notice any rips or tears in any furniture. Per the seller, everything is in working order with no issues. The rubber roof is inspected and washed yearly with a conditioning cleaner.
