2005 Keystone Outback Sydney Edition The Good: Beautiful interior, fridge, bathroom, dedicated shower, very comfortable bed, fold out couch for company, lots of storage, am/fm radio with speakers mounted in the ceiling throughout the camper, outside showers both in front and back of the camper, outside kitchen, HUGE storage on the outside of the camper(under the bed), electric slide, COLD A/C, most of the ceiling vents and windows are brand new, lots of other goodies. All around beautiful and comfortable travel trailer. The Bad: Hot water is bypassed due to break in the hot water side of the line. The ceiling above the chairs (see picture) has a little water damage from water intrusion when large hail broke the top window(window has been replaced), The A/C unit shroud (see picture) is broken(still works fine), and the kitchen faucet could use a new O-Ring because it leaks a little when turned on.

A wonderful family camper that can sleep up to nine people. Features a private main bedroom with ample storage and a private bunk house with a sofa bed and a bunk. Center living area with tons of storage has a larger TV and a fireplace. This camper has three slides, a power awning, and we installed upgraded aluminum steps coming up into the camper. There is an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge a small microwave, a sink, and a pull out cooktop and a grill. Increased work demands no longer allow us to enjoy this camper so it is time to offer it for another family to enjoy. There are a couple minor where items are in and a couple of cosmetic issues that are being more than compensated for in the price of this unit that can be easily fixed or taken care of with a little elbow grease. We just do not have time to tend to these before listing for sale. In no way do these items affect the enjoyment of this camper. They just need tended to. NADA retail of this unit is $32,500

We are selling our much loved 2009 Keystone Outback 31 KFW Sydney Edition fifth wheel trailer. We love this RV as it's part toy hauler, part travel trailer, both in one. As you can see from the pics, there is a large cargo door/area that can hold 3 dirtbikes, a quad, a harley, or just your camping gear. 5th wheel RV has nothing broken or wrong with it. Everything works awesome and I will be happy to test it all out with you. Clean title and never been in accident. NO PETS EVER IN TRAILER. NON SMOKERS.
