2008 Fuzion Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler RV made by Keystone RV; model FZ362; triple axle unit with 12' garage for your toys; tires were new in Spring 2014; 5500 watt Onan generator with 917 hours has been recently serviced; fuel station for toys; bunk beds in garage with power up and down, bottom bed changes into a two bench sofas, one faces out the back door and one faces inside the garage; sleeping loft with queen bed accessed from the main living quarters; two sofas in main living area, one lets out into a double bed; two slide outs, one slide in bed room with queen bed and a super slide in main area with two sofas; this unit has five queen beds plus an additional sofa, which would be great for the hunting camp or large families; the refrigerator can be accessed with the slides in; power awning with new fabric; power rear stabilizing jacks; power front landing gear; flat screen tv with DVD player and am/fm radio; outdoor speakers; lots of storage room; power roof vent in garage plus power roof vent in kitchen; two a/c units; roof was been resealed around vents and openings and vent covers replaced, so there are no water leaks; self contained unit with two grey water tanks and one black water tank, the waste valves have been recently replaced; most of the decals are in good shape but some could be replaced; two house batteries have been replaced in 2016; everything works and this toy hauler is ready to go; we use it once or twice per month; this has been a great unit but it is time for us to down size campers; call or email if you are interested
