This Jayco Eagle, 24.5CKTS, was used once by the current owner for a 4-month-long trip totaling about 1,000 miles.
It is a non-smoking RV up to this point.
The upholstery has some cracking, and some of the woodwork shows some scratches, but overall, the woodwork is beautiful.
The owner confirms that electrical features and appliances are in good shape and there are no leaks.

This Jayco Eagle 24.5CKTS is a lightweight fifth wheel, nicely equipped, and available for sale in North Florida!
The 24.5CKTS is a mid-size RV that packs the features of a larger fifth wheel and still easily fits into parks and lots. You may even be able to park it in a driveway on your travels. The smart layout places the bedroom at the front, up the steps, along with the bathroom, leaving lots of space for the great room below. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. And the bedroom has door privacy.
The Eagle brings a gourmet kitchen on the road with a stove, oven, microwave, and a nice-size refrigerator/freezer. The dinette is a booth style, and the sofa spans the unit's width, which is great for entertaining.
This one is upgraded with a fireplace in the entertainment center. The second air conditioning unit, the electric stabilizers, and the water purifier system were also upgrades.
