RV had rust in some of the belly boxes and scratches and dents in some places; otherwise, the rest of the outside was in good shape. The inside was in good shape. However, the corner of the couch that pulls in was ripped up, and the leather was missing at the bottom. The A/C in the bedroom had a paper towel tucked in due to a screw in the corner being stripped and used to stop too much airflow from coming out. The roof is in good shape, professionally inspected four times, and washed yearly. Stock #407633 Beautiful home on wheels! Low miles and very clean! Must see! The cab area has swivel driver and passenger seats for extra seating. There is a large console in the middle with a backup camera. The driver's area has easy-to-read and reach controls with an electronic display for the engine and generator. There is plenty of storage above. The front window has an electronic shade and screen for privacy. The kitchen area has a double sink, microwave/convection oven, stove, and oven and plenty of storage space. A French-door refrigerator is across from it. The living area has an L-shaped couch, an entertainment area, and a dining table with chairs. Has a leaf to make it larger and has two extra folding chairs. Bunk beds in the hallway that can fold up to get out of the way. The bathroom has a sink with a vanity, medicine cabinet, corner shower with skylight and glass doors, and linen cabinet above the head. There is a separate entrance into the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with storage above and below and nightstands on each side. A large wardrobe closet across the back wall houses a washer and dryer. Wardrobe drawers with shelving and a TV are across from the bed. Vinyl flooring throughout and roller shades on all windows. Reason for selling is moving to a 5th wheel.

The 2013 Ambassador 36PFT overall condition is good. The exterior was found to be clean, with no scratch, dents, or cracks detected. You'll find TVs inside and out, lots of internal space created with the three slide-outs, conveniences like a washer & dryer, and comforts like a fireplace and a sleep number bed. You deserve this level of comfort and convenience when you are out on the road. The cab area features dual reclining power Captain's chairs that swivel to face the living area. There are controls for auto-leveling jacks, cruise control, and power-adjustable mirrors with built-in cameras that activate when the corresponding blinker is deployed.
