Overall, the RV is in good to better condition. There is a newly installed awning. The vinyl covering on the dinette cushion, recliners, and sofa bed is breaking down. These seating areas are very comfortable, and they can be recovered if desired. The tires are from 2018, probably original, so it's recommended they be replaced. The master bedroom A/C filter assembly needs to be replaced. The exterior is a bit oxidized but could be polished to look like new again.
