The overall exterior looks average for this age but would benefit greatly from a good washing. There was no room to open the awning, but from what can be seen, it appears to have some wear and some tearing that you can see even rolled up so expect to replace the awning. There are some places along the bottom of the corrugated metal siding where the screws have backed out and need to be reattached, but it seems structurally sound. The undercarriage of the RV looks to be in good order. The interior needs a good cleanup. The seller did paint the walls a lighter color but could use cleaning and another coat to make look better. Some scratched and damaged lower moldings could use updating or replacement. The vinyl floor has some tears in it from when they moved out the old refrigerator, and the carpeted areas need to be steam cleaned or possibly replaced., The synthetic leather on the dinette and loveseat has the typical peeling seen on this type of material in RVs. In the bunkroom, part of the dinette was removed a small table that can be used as a desk was put in its place. There is some damage to the woodwork around the bunk bed itself but it seems to be cosmetic in nature. Overall, the RV seems quite functional but does need a good bit of cleanup and freshening up but your own due diligence is encouraged. At some point during the lifespan of this unit, there was a roof water leak that damaged the interior headliner, which can still be seen in the pictures. The seller states this was before his ownership and does not believe it is still leaking, as he had the roof resealed. But your due diligence is encouraged. The seller did have the roof resealed and its no longer leaking according to the seller. The slide toppers appear original and are starting to tear loose from the side of the RV. The bay window in the over-cab bunk has a crack in it. The condition of the power awning could not be verified on the day of pics as the motor seemed to hang up. it may just need greasing on the tracks, but again, your due diligence is encouraged, Tires and batteries have all been replaced in the last year and appear to be in good working order. there is a crack in the front window of the overvab bed .
