This 2020 Esteem 27U is in good condition and has a full inspection completed every 90 days while in a rental program. The generator has been replaced (4-24) with only 20 hours. The dinette and sofa have all-new leather. There are a few tear marks on the front seats. On the floor, there are some stains due to the laminate, which will be replaced before the sale.
