Dodge Executive 32 Foot Motor Home

1978 Dodge Executive 32 Foot Motor home with a Clear Title. I bought it when it had 42,000 Miles on it and now it has 67,237 miles on it. I'm the second owner of this Motorhome I replaced (NEW) two of the furnaces, two of the air conditioning units, one generator, all the lighting fixtures above to have more light, carpet and upholstery on the chairs and couch, in mauve colors. I also put a custom stainless steel Magnaflow exhaust system on this Motorhome so it would not rot away like a stock exhaust system would and it puts out way better performance on the road now. It also has three roll out awnings installed on the outside of this Motorhome. It has good operating batteries. I bought brand new tires front and rear less than a year ago. The front tires have been mounted and balanced. The rear tires need to be mounted onto the rims. I had the carburetor fine tuned on a dynamometer to perfection. The engine is a Dodge 440 Cubic Inch Gasoline Engine. I have the owners manual and every other manual for the new furnaces, generator, etc. This is a really nice Motorhome and can be driven anywhere without worrying about it breaking down on you. This Motor home needs to be licensed and tabbed. I stopped using it after my wife had a stroke back in 2008 and she will never be able to go off traveling with me anymore or I would never sell this Motor home. My dream was to travel around the U.S.A after I retired with my wife. I invested a lot of money into it. I bought it for $25,000 dollars and invested at least another $10,000 dollars into remodeling the interior for my wife; plus replacing and updating a lot of other items I listed above and more. I will miss it once it is gone; but I have no use for it anymore. I guess what I'll miss more than anything else is the dream I had traveling all over the U.S.A with my wife during my retirement years Nada's retail values for my Motorhome says Low Retail price of $8550.00 and Average Retail price says $10,300.00. 2014 Ram 2500 Promaster Adventure Conversion Van - Sprinter Style

This awesome 2014 Promaster 2500 Adventure Van was purchased in March of 2014 and Van Specialties completed the conversion in June of 2014. Their work is exceptional! It easily travels with road bikes, mountain bikes, hiking/camping gear, paddle boards and ski gear. It will tow our 17' ski boat. This van has a very smooth six speed transmission and can be shifted manually like a tiptronic. It is front wheel drive. MSRP was just over $36,000 and the conversion was $45,000. You could be waiting up to a year to order, purchase and convert one of these vans, or you could buy this van already completed with low miles and in excellent condition. Front AC, screened tinted windows, roof mounted 200 watt solar charging system with a 2000 watt inverter, two battery deep cycle house battery system which provides both 12 volt and 110 volt power at all times. The 4 way battery charging system with shore power will charge batteries via the alternator, solar panels or shore power. This system works flawlessly to provide power for the microwave, Dometic refrigerator, LED lights in the cabin and four 110 outlets located throughout the van. ESPAR 5 furnace that runs off the gas tank with auto thermostat. It has a full bathroom with stainless steel shower pan, Theta cartridge toilet and another shower in the bike garage to wash bikes or shower outside. The entire interior of the van is paneled with interweave fabric and has a foam backing over mahogany plywood. Dynamat sound dampening was used under the insulation. Lonseal commercial vinyl on the floor. The fresh water system has a 23 gallon fresh water tank, electric pump and an ESPAR 5 hot water system. It has an 11 gallon grey water tank. The plumbing is all PEX and routed inside the insultated walls. The kitchen features a stainless steel sink, butane cook top, Dometic high efficiency A/C D/C 3.7 cu ft. refrigerator with freezer. The cabinets are built with cabinet grade plywood with self closing doors. Kitchen counters, flip up shelves and shower faucet pedestal are all corian material. The bike garage will store 4 bikes. Bikes mount on a 1 1/4" epoxy plywood shelf that extends 48" out the back making it fast and easy to load and unload with other gear. No worry about theft as bikes are inside! The shelf glides are rated at 400 lbs. static. The bed has a 6" foam mattress and is 73" x 53". A 12' Flamma Awning is mounted on the slider door passenger side. The Oregon Dept. of Transportation inspected the van confirming the presence of a rated fire extinguisher, smoke detector and CO monitor. Both front bucket seats recline and swivel, a total of six front and side airbags for the driver and passenger. Upgraded stereo has 5 front speakers and a separate amp, two speakers in rear doors. Uconnect Bluetooth navigation system, cruise control, rear camera and parktronic are often used features. This van will fit in a regular parking space and overall height with solar panels and Thule racks is 103". It has 6'4" of head room and much more space inside than the same length Sprinter Van.
