The fiberglass on the exterior is warping in place on a few spots. All of the decals are peeling. It also has a hole in the fiberglass skirt. Someone has screwed through the cab over bed through the fiberglass and the screws are sticking out. The seller did not have keys to unlock the compartments. Tires original - tires it has 2007 date on tires. The house batteries are bad. Interior: couch is missing. There is water damage on the walls. The floor next to the bathroom is really soft. This Chateau has only been used 4-5 times and has less than 6,000 miles. Visually, the Chateau looks very lightly used.
