This coach is in very good condition and has been well-maintained by the current owner. The exterior paint is in great condition with just a bit of paint peeling on the front cap. The Diamond Shield coating in front is showing some age but can be removed for about $2500. All six tires were replaced in 2021 and have very few miles on them. Inside the coach, everything is in beautiful condition, and everything works as it should per the seller. All of the upholstery has been recently updated. Overall this coach appears to be in good condition for the age. The paint is in good condition in most areas, clean and shiny! There are a few spots near the roof that do have some peeling. Inside the coach, everything works as it should per the seller. All upholstery is in good condition, with no rips or tears noticed. The flooring is in great shape except for one small nick that was noticed. The tires are dated 05/17 and need to be replaced. There is also some mold under the 3M clear coat on the front of the coach, which can be removed for about $2,500. The slide toppers have a rip in the corner, but they still work as they should.
