this is a 1991 class c older motorhome i bought this unit last year to take my family to a reunion in tulsa oklahoma with no problem.it drives very smooth for a vehicle this big the engine is a reman.big block 454 chevy with a o,d 400 trans.that shift with ease lots of power the front tires and one in the rear is new the other three is about 80%also air ride front & rear [the bad the dash air nead services,the roof air blow cold only on low speed the auto step works by hand only.]i am downsizing to a smaller unit its to big for us the generator works,stove , microwave,hot water heater water pump,the furniture is in good shape as you can see in the picture.very little wear and tear on seats hardwood foor new carpet in rear bedroom& bathroom and in the front seating area this is a basement model with a lot storage on the bottom you can sleep four adults or two adult and four kids.if i missed enything fell free to ask question.thank you for looking have a nice day PS,there is a problem with the fan inside the roof air neads to be replace the compresser is blowing out cold air.i can fix it or we can make adjustment on the unit price,the fan & labor is about $250.00 or you can fix it. and also the original engine was replace with GM reman engine thanks
